Since then, our philosophy has helped achieve successful outcomes for so many. Our team has a passion for what we do.
Having served the Isle of Man & Northern Irish marketplace for more than 16 years, the operation expanded its reach in 2018 with the opening of offices in Liverpool and Manchester. We focus on Client requirements within the IT & Digital (FinTech/Blockchain/Start-up), Banking & Finance, Legal & HR arenas, supporting a mix of Permanent, Temporary, and Contract roles.
We offer a bespoke, tailored service to both Client and Candidate, focusing on the right fit. This comes from combining our understanding of personality and aspiration with the qualification and experience of a Candidate. People aren't a commodity, they are an investment. Orchard works closely with its Candidates and targets specific opportunities for them.
Are we unique? We hope not! We can't drive a quality marketplace by ourselves, and respect others like us who maintain a focus on the right priorities in service of the industry, but we do like to feel we play an important part.
